For over 25 years, the U.S. government has spent billions of taxpayer dollars on research designed to fail. The systematic and deliberate use of a biologically active placebo in federally funded studies, specifically 1.3 atmospheres of room air. New science proves this exact pressure and protocol can generate a 300% increase in circulating stem cells after just 10 one-hour treatments. "Dr. Harch did his 1.3 atmosphere's room air protocol and she regrew her brain to its normal volume for what her age was at the time, 3-and-a-half, 4 years old," Fogarty recounted. "The placebo dose used in hyperbaric medicine research is completely fraudulent." The scandal traces back to a 2001 study from McGill University in Canada. Researchers unwittingly used 1.3 atmospheres of room air as a placebo against 1.75 ATA of 100% oxygen in children with cerebral palsy. The problem is that both groups showed significant improvement, so much so that it became a medical-legal fraud matter in Canada. "Our colleague, Dr. Pierre Marois, saw that all of these kids on both arms had experienced, the gains that would otherwise be expected over 18 months of normobaric physical therapy," Fogarty explained. Despite this knowledge, the same fraudulent placebo was carried into federal government VA-DOD-sponsored studies over the last 25 years. The result: a systemic gatekeeping effort that has produced studies showing hyperbaric therapy can't do anything for our veterans with PTSD and TBI. While pharmaceutical companies pivot from COVID-19 vaccines to cancer treatments, vaccines that critics like Jonathan Otto claim have been linked to increased cancer risks, the government has actively suppressed a non-pharmaceutical, regenerative therapy that actually works. "Exposures to medicines leave another chemical source unmentioned," Otto noted. "We are a drug culture. Long-term effects of many drugs in one body are unknown." Experts argue that if 1.3 atmospheres of room air can regrow a child's brain and triple stem cell circulation, then every VA study that used it as a placebo is scientifically corrupt. For a quarter of a century, the government has been running a placebo gamble, betting that veterans and their families would never notice the rigged game.
